What do we NOT do with the game?
We do not use boardgames with specific operational objectives because our expertise is on soft skills. We do not run escape games because they are less suited to our ‘here and now’ approach based on the group feeling.
The team coaching can include the accompaniment of the Team Leader or some members in an individual and parallel path. The Brickcoaching© method associates the systemic approach to the use of metaphors and storytelling with Lego bricks. It facilitates a holistic perception of oneself and the expression of one’s talents in achieving the goal.
