Team Development: “The agile-coach highway”

The workshop improved the team spirit of agile-coaches that most of the time work alone at the customers’ warehouse.

The aim was to consolidate the sense of belonging, to underline the specificities of the team within the agency, to create a team code of conduct, in order to manage themselves autonomously and effectively (e.g. how to manage conflicts of interest, how to communicate, how to welcome new people, etc.).

Through individual and collective activities they strengthened cohesion, identified shared values and settled how to work better together.
