An intensive teamwork using the LEGO® Serious Play® approach to clarify the success factors in selling a new corporate training offer (analysis of internal and external aspects that may influence the project, future scenarios and go to market guidelines).

The workshop built a converging perception of the targets,  the issues, means and needs of everyone, in order to ascertain the soundness of the project before investing in its implementation.
