After the merger of business units, the regional sales managers needed an aligned definition of their roles and responsibilities.
The seminar started with a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop to create a surprise effect and stimulate creativity.
The objective was to identify job success factors, while teambuilding and sharing best practices.
Each director then assessed his or her needs (knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills, support) to match the optimal profile identified.
