In a few words…

Italian native, I moved to France to develop an international career in the world of publishing and educational toys.

For 18 years, I had the chance to travel and meeting multicultural teams with different backgrounds. Facing the complexity of remote working, I learned how success depends above all on the ability to collaborate creatively. At the same time, I experienced the power of playful activities to mobilize teams.

I then trained in coaching, creative facilitation, and edutainment. The next step was self-evident: creating Playnbe. My purpose? To teach teams how to activate creative intelligence and transforming change into an opportunity for evolution, and being a real player in the organization.

Always curious and on the move, I work between Italy and France, collaborating with multicultural networks such as Altercontacts, LEGO® SERIOUSPLAY® Facilitator Community, Play Future. In 2019, I was certified as the first “Game Thinking Coach” in France.
