«How to make our meetings engaging and effective»
The seminar was designed as a giant session of creative problem solving. It had a double return on investment: on the one hand experimenting new ‘agile’ techniques to renew the practices in facilitating meetings; on the other hand finding innovative solutions to improve meetings effectiveness according to the kind of participants (internal collaborators, external partners, institutions).
This dynamic and creative day was also an opportunity to get to know each other while having fun.
Duration: a day for 45 managers from different services (health, school, accountig…)
